Agreement for acquisition of non-exclusive software license

This agreement (hereinafter — "Offer") is a public offer by the owner of arenabreakoutcheats.com website (hereinafter — "Seller") to conclude with any individual (hereinafter — "Buyer") an agreement for provision of a non-exclusive license to use the software (hereinafter — "Product") under the terms set forth below.

1. Предмет договора

1.1. The Seller grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product (computer game software) solely for personal non-commercial purposes.

1.2. All ownership rights to the Product, including source code, algorithms and design, remain with the copyright holder.

1.3. The Product is bound to hardware (HWID) and can be used only on one device. Replacing the motherboard, processor or other key components is considered usage on a new PC and may result in access suspension.

2. Условия оплаты и доставки

2.1. Payment is made in full and upfront through available payment systems on the website.

2.2. After successful payment, the Buyer receives access to the Product automatically or manually (via personal account, email or Telegram).

2.3. Delivery is considered complete at the moment of providing the link, key, access or instructions.

2.4. Average delivery time — instantly. Maximum period — up to 24 hours. Delays due to payment system failures do not constitute a breach.

3. Отказ от возврата (основное правило)

3.1. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, except for cases specified in clause 4.

3.2. The Buyer agrees that refunds are impossible if:

• The Product has been activated, downloaded or used;
• The Buyer selected the wrong product;
• The game account was banned by anti-cheat;
• The Product is temporarily unavailable due to a game update;
• PC does not meet system requirements;
• The Buyer did not follow the instructions;
• Product functionality was partially changed;
• Subscription period has expired;
• Access credentials were lost.

The "Undetected" status is not a guarantee of 100% ban protection. Product usage is entirely at your own risk.

4. Исключения: когда возможен возврат

4.1. Refund is possible only in the following cases:

• Access to the Product was not provided within 24 hours without valid reason;
• A non-working key was issued, confirmed by technical support;
• The Product is unavailable and cannot be delivered due to Seller's fault.

4.2. Refund request must be submitted within 72 hours through official channels (Telegram, email).

4.3. The refund decision is made solely by the Seller. Refund is processed via the same method within up to 30 days.

5. Обязанности Покупателя

• Use the Product only for personal purposes;
• Do not share access with third parties;
• Do not perform reverse engineering, decompilation or modification;
• Follow installation and usage instructions;
• Check the Product status independently before purchase.

6. Ответственность сторон

6.1. The Seller is not liable for:

• game account bans;
• losses, viruses, PC malfunctions;
• violations of gaming platform rules.

6.2. The Product is provided "as is", without warranties of functionality, compatibility or stealth.

7. Прочие условия

7.1. The Offer is valid from the moment of publication on the site until its cancellation.

7.2. The Seller reserves the right to change the Offer terms at any time. The new version takes effect immediately upon publication.

7.3. Making a payment means full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer terms.

7.4. All disputes are resolved in pre-trial order. If unresolved — in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
