User Agreement

01General provisions

By using the Platform, you automatically accept the terms of this Agreement.

If you disagree — immediately discontinue use.

The Platform provides information and technical infrastructure for reviewing offers and arranging access to products.

We do not guarantee software compatibility, safety or effectiveness.

02Role of the Platform

We do not create, modify or distribute the software.

We are not liable for:

• software content, quality, functionality or updates;
• consequences of its use (including game account bans);
• actions or inactions of suppliers.

All disputes related to software functionality must be resolved directly with the supplier.

03Access to products

After payment, you receive instructions and/or a link to use the software from the supplier.

Access may include device binding, temporary subscription or other restrictions set by the supplier.

We do not store or directly transfer executable files to you, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

04Payment and refunds

Payment is processed through the Platform in favor of the supplier.

Refunds and exchanges are governed by the specific supplier's policy.

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

• The software has been activated or used;
• the supplier does not provide refunds under their policy;
• it concerns consequences of use (ban, incompatibility, error after game update, etc.).

Exception: refund is possible only if explicitly provided by the supplier and confirmed in writing through our support.

05Disclaimer

You use the software at your own risk.

We do not guarantee:

• absence of bans by gaming companies;
• stable operation after game updates;
• protection from detection (even with "undetected" status).

Any losses are your responsibility. The Platform does not compensate for damage related to software use.

06Intellectual property

All Platform content (design, texts, logos) is protected by copyright.

Software available through the Platform is the property of its copyright holders.

Prohibited:

• distribute, resell, or modify the software;
• publish activation keys, links or files in public access;
• perform reverse engineering or bypass protection.

07Privacy and data

We may collect technical information (IP, device, OS) for:

• fraud protection;
• fulfillment of the Agreement terms;
• analytics (without sharing with third parties).

We do not have access to your game accounts, files or passwords.

08Changes

We may update the Agreement at any time.

Continued use means acceptance of the new version.
